- Do I bid through DeedCompass?
- Never. Every listing links to the county's own channel, with that county's instructions. DeedCompass does not touch money or take a cut of a purchase.
- What if a county's data is out of date?
- We say so. Every list carries the timestamp of the last time we verified it, a county we cannot confirm gets a banner, and one we have not confirmed for too long is withheld entirely rather than shown as current.
- How do I cancel?
- One click in the billing portal from your account page. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
